Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, then shipped with a delivery window of 5–10 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–15 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned!

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering, as our tees are designed with a relaxed, over-sized fit in mind.

What are your shirts made of?
We carry two main lines: our Comfort Colors collection features garment-dyed, 100% ring-spun cotton tees known for their soft, lived-in feel. Our Premium Over-sized Tees are crafted for a relaxed, streetwear-inspired silhouette.

Are the colors true to what I see on screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of garment dyeing. Comfort Colors tees in particular have a beautifully unique, slightly varied tone.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since our products are made to order, please contact us at studiohatch02@gmail.com before sending anything back and we'll provide instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at studiohatch02@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Because our products are printed on demand, we begin production quickly after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at studiohatch02@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
